Return of book sets and any other allied materials like notebooks or stationery material is not allowed. However, in case you have got wrong consignment or the material you have received is defective by any chance, you can raise a request by sending us a mail specifying the problem. Our representative will get in touch to facilitate the exchange.
Please note that the returns are allowed only for the conditions mentioned above and in case these conditions are not met, we might refuse the replacement.
Kindly do not ask for refunds as all sales are considered final. Refunds are not allowed.
